Online Shopping Guide

1. Create your customer account
If you want to purchase without join membership this time, you can skip to next step.
However, we recommend you to join our membership to avoid providing your information again next time when you purchase goods from our website, additionally, you will receive our membership discount and updated information from time to time.
We also welcome you order goods by telephone, fax, email or visit our shop directly.

2. Choose your products
Find your interesting products by browsing Category Navigator or by Products Search. Click the picture or name of the product to see detailed information and price.

3. Add this product to your Shopping Cart
When you decide to purchase a particular product, click "Buy Now" button to add the product to your shopping Cart, the webpage will automatically turn to "My Cart". Then you can choose "Buy More" to continue shopping until you finish.

4. Check out
Please check items in your Cart carefully, including quantity and product name. If you want to cancel a certain item, just change the quantity to "0" and confirm to change. To change the quantity you need to "Confirm" too. Click the "Check Out" button for us to process your order, then you will be taken to Order Process page.

5. Provide your information
Provide your information in Processing Order page.
If you need to change your information, go to "My Account" to do so.

6. Choose delivery method
There are three delivery methods for you to choose:
1) Delivery organised by Lee's Warehouse
2) Delivery organised by the customers (freight Collect)
3) Collect goods from Lee's Warehouse

7. Confirm your Order
We will send you a confirmation by email to confirm your order within 24 hours and inform you the amount of money to pay. Amount Payable includes goods prices, freight and handling fee($5 for purchase lower than $100). You will also be given and Order Tracking Number which can be used to track your order status.
After you receive our confirmation, you can go to make payment. Please notice, orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Payment
You can choose one of following ways to make payment:
1) Internet Banking - our preferred payment method
Use this recommended option to ensure goods dispatched quicker.
Transfer you amount to pay to our bank account:

Account name - World Trade Smiec Pty Ltd Bank - Westpac Banking Corporation BSB number - 033 174 Account number - 183 100

After you make payment, email or fax your internet banking payment confirmation page. We will email you to confirm your payment.

2) Direct Bank Deposit: deposit to our above mentioned bank account, then inform us by fax, email or telephone

3) Money Order or Check: make a Money Order or a Check payable to World Trade Smiec Pty Ltd (our parent company), and post it to us.

4) Pay by Credit Card: make payment through phone, or fax us an authorization to deduct money from your credit card, including the information: card holder's name, card type, card number, expired date, card verification number (usually are last three digits in a serial of numbers above your signature) and card holder's signature.

Credit card purchases over $1000 may be subject to further conditions.

We only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

5) Pay in person: come to our shop to make payment in person by cash, credit card, EFTPOS, bank/company check, etc.

9. Track your Order
After your order is placed, you will be sent an E-mail acknowledgement which will include an Internet link with your order tracking number which can be used to track your order status.

10. Receive your products
Please check deliveries carefully upon receipt. Returns or Refunds please refer to Clause 4 of Terms & Conditions
