History

We have been operating our import and export business between China and Australia for over ten years and have established a very strong supply network in China for various products.
Through years of successful trading, we have become representatives of many factories in China to promote their products, and this status ensures us to provide better services and goods to our clients in Australia.

  • Retail to Public-we sell some of our products direct to public (visit our warehouse to see our stock or visit our online information)

    Quality

    Quality of products is always our major concern when we select suppliers and products. Our main suppliers in China are ISO* endorsed factories, or are endorsed by other international recognized standards, e.g. CE, TÜV, etc, they are experienced in supplying quality products to a great number of customers around the world.

    In additional, we do careful inspection for each order to ensure the quality; and we take responsibility to solve the problems for faulty goods trading through us.

    Price

    As you can see from our name-China Direct, we bring products directly from Chinese manufacturers to our customers to cut the cost. We make every effort to provide competitive prices to our clients.

    To retail customers, our prices are often similar to wholesale prices in the market. In average our prices are 20% lower than normal retail price; some products are even 50% cheaper than others.

    To our wholesale and trading customers, we will take our advantages of our strong network and expertise in China to beat any price others can offer.
